In the Personal Power Lab, we go deep into personal qualities, strengths and excellence and look at how we can develop those further. For that, we also explore a bit of Neuroscience. Because did you know your brain does not really understand goals if you don’t make them smart?
All to save energy for your own survival. Of course, it’s not just about ourselves. At any moment in our lives we also need to work together with others, and for that we need the skills of giving feedback and declining requests, which are not always easy. Especially when we're in a new environment, and might be at the beginning of our career.
And of course, we need to be able to influence people, to get them enthusiastic about something we feel a spark for, to understand who we’re talking to and what the right tone and level of detail might be, so we can reach our audience and make an impact. We got off of our feet a lot, had some peer coaching, made a walk in nature, built trust and connection with a couple of check ins and even did a breathing and fascia release exercise (which will in fact, at 17.00 after a long day, make you feel like it's 11 again).
