THE CHEFS: Guided by an expert team of facilitators and executive coaches, focused on driving performance and holding leaders accountable.

THE SECRET SAUCE: A unique blend of gamification and serious strategy. We introduced "Project Mario Challenge Cards" —a deck of strategic initiatives that allowed leaders to "play their hand," prioritize critical tasks, and form cross-functional squads on the spot.

THE FLAVOR: Add plenty of Nashville music, custom hat making, great food, and a whole lot of laughter to ensure the bonds built are as strong as the strategies.

THE METHOD:

1. Discuss the Cards: We laid out the challenges across four key domains: Process & Policy , Organizational Structure , Strategy & Planning , and Training & Development.

1. Gamified Prioritization: The team debated and traded cards to identify the "Boss Level" priorities, such as:
   • Structuring: Deciding on centralized vs. project-level purchasing and regionalizing engineering teams.
   • Culture: Creating a concrete plan for protecting the culture as the organizations grow.
   • People: Mapping out career development paths for engineers and defining foreman leadership capabilities.
   • Operations: Formalizing ICOP policies for field employees and integrating payroll systems.
2. Simmer & Commit: Executive coaches facilitated the formation of teams around these cards, establishing immediate accountability for next steps.
