Hatch's original training, addressing difficult dilemmas constructively, effectively contributed to developing Tax Authority managers' soft skills, demonstrating their own courage and resilience.
Hatch has made an original and effective contribution to the objective of training Tax Authority managers in soft skills such as resilience, courage, and dealing with criticism. It was very good to see that they also put these skills into practice themselves by not being afraid to think outside the box in both the choice of topics and the form of the training, and to address painful and difficult dilemmas within the service. In a constructive way so that the real conversation takes place. Well done! Jeroen Duijvestijn, Leadership & Culture Program Belastingdienst
The world of work is changing. The use of automation and AI technologies will transform the workplace over the next ten to fifteen years, as people increasingly work with ever smarter machines. The application of increasingly advanced technologies in the workplace will increase the need for leaders with finely tuned human capabilities, such as creativity, critical thinking, courage, initiative, resilience, problem-solving skills, complex information processing, intuitive team building, and empathy. In this workshop, not only is a picture painted of the leadership needed in the future, but participants practice strengthening these "soft skills" of the future with the help of short experiments.
Experts believe courage at work is a key success factor for the coming decades, yet it's often difficult to recognize and demonstrate: individuals have varying views on when courage is appropriate or inappropriate, and what it truly means in the workplace. This session invites participants to explore and define "courage at work" together, and learn how to cultivate courage as a leader through experimentation.
