Director of Learning Development
Suruchi Srikanth is a mission-driven strategist and data-informed idealist who is passionate about empowering people of all ages and backgrounds through education. She brings a unique perspective to educational innovation through her international experience working in both the public and private sectors. In addition to her role at Hatch, she provides strategic guidance and research support to Design-athon Works, a global organization with a uniquely developed method revolving around workshops where children use design thinking to come up with creative solutions to real-world problems, drawn from the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As the former Chief of Staff for Green Dot Public Schools, a school network in Los Angeles, she guided the development of the organization’s strategic plan, led organizational growth efforts and collaboratively executed innovative strategic initiatives. Prior to Green Dot, Suruchi was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked with clients across industries to tackle a wide-range of business challenges from developing growth strategies to improving customer satisfaction. Suruchi has a master's degree in educational leadership from a unique residency program in urban education and is also currently a participant in the Hatch Muscle Up Your Courage program!
