Born and raised in New Zealand, Alexandra Jenkins has spent the last 10 years traveling the world and living as a chef. Now based in Amsterdam, her pursuit for conscious and delicious food has led her to Hatch. "I am lucky enough to love what I do and I am proud to be the Head Chef of Hatch, bringing good energy and a creative flair with me everywhere I go."
