The Courageous Leadership programme is designed for mid-career professionals with strong management experience, who are preparingto take on enhanced leadership responsibilities.
The programme will broaden your scope of vision to prepare you for a more strategic role in the transformation to what the future will bring.

The curated group of maximum 10 leaders are accomplished individuals sharing a wealth of functional, industry and leadership experience.

What is the sign up process?

This programme is for a select group looking to increase their impact on their teams, organisation, and society. Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure that cohorts have a diverse make up. We aim to review applications within 72 hours.

Where and when does the programme take place?

The programme is fully online, with you being in charge of experimentsat your workplace. A full itinerary will be published on our website foreach available start date

How many people are in each cohort?

We aim to have between 6-10 participants in each group.

How do I pay for the programme?

We recommend company sponsorship for this programme, as this course is an investment not only in you but your entire organisation.

Can I cancel my participation?

Once the programme is paid it is no longer possible to cancel. If circumstances hinder your participation however, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
